Geopolicity Inc. is currently seeking a Junior Economist Both positions require a Masters Degree and at least 3-5 year of experience post graduation.
The position will be based in Dubai with travel to the region.
Position: Junior Economist
Location: Egypt
Duration: Full-time 1 Year, extendible as required
Start Date: Immediate
Qualifications
- Masters Degree (minimum) in Public Administration, Political Science or International Affairs
- Very strong written English skills.
- Arabic language required.
- With minimum of 5 year experience on the same field
- Expert on Political or Public Affairs
- Proven methodological and writing skills
- Interest in policy research
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to work with Government and in constantly changing environment
Duties:
- Economic Analysis
- Build financial and economic models
- Research and analysis on key areas such as social issues, public policy, security, and political analysis, among others.
- Conduct key informant interviews
- Conduct Primary and Secondary data collection
- Analysis of key data and information
- Drafting and editing technical reports and annexes
- Project Management as required
- Editorial of Arabic Reports
